Synergy acted as system integrator in the consolidation of MKB Unionbank into Fibank, covering data migration, product and process alignment, customer information integration and front-end enhancements.
Additional experience
Synergy participated alongside other Oracle partners in one of the largest core banking integration programmes in the Baltic region, supporting the consolidation of two independent banking organizations into a unified operating environment.
